Technical Requirements for Online Certification Program
TipRicks courses are designed to function in any modern standards-compliant web browser. These are the minimum supported system requirements for TipRicks courses:Systems
A computer capable of playing audio, running one of the following operating systems:
- Microsoft Windows Vista, 7, 8, or 10
- Apple Mac OS X 10.3 or later
A monitor with a resolution of at least 1024 by 768 pixels
Browsers
Use the links below to determine which versions of each browser are supported. You must use one of these supported browsers.
The two most recent versions of any of the following browsers with JavaScript enabled are supported:
Microsoft Office
You can use any version of Microsoft Office listed below:
- Microsoft Office 2010
- Microsoft Office 2013
- Microsoft Office 2016
Plug-ins
Adobe Flash Player 17+. If it’s not already installed, you can download a Flash Player for free.
Adobe Reader 9+. If it’s not already installed, you can download Adobe Reader for free.
Internet Connection
A broadband Internet connection (cable modem, DSL, or LAN)
